Dance Instructors/Director:  Positions concentrate on classical ballet training with the goal being productions. Experience with children is a must. Friendly but firm. Duties will involve teaching private, group classes, assisting with administrative work, marketing, participating in local events, able to teach other genres of dance, positive attitude, lead by example, M-F. Choreography a must. flexible hours   Senior classes are offered during the day and children/youth classes are evenings.

                                                                                                                       Piano Instructor: We are in need of a 3rd Piano Teacher. It can be either Suzuki Method or Traditional Method Instruction. We would prefer someone with experience. References required.

 

Voice Instructor: We are in need of a voice teacher beginning Summer 2017 Experience and references required.

 

Movement/Dance Instructor: this position is for instructing adults during the day for a variety of classes. Those being requested are "Healing Movement" for Seniors, Music and Balance, Adult Jazz, Square Dance, Swing, Ballroom.

 

Visual Arts Instructors: this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for a variety of classes. Evening classes are open to all ages. Classes requested are Watercolor, Acrylic, Paper arts,

 

Infant/Toddler Music Instructor: this position is for instructing infants/toddlers and caregivers during the day for a variety of music based classes.

 

Music Instructors: this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for a variety of classes. Classes requested are: Instrumental ensembles, Jamming sessions, Bluegrass, Rock, Blues, Strings, etc.

 

Ceramics Instructor: this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for a variety of classes. Classes requested are: pottery, hand building, clay arts,

 

Jewelry Instructor: this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for a variety of classes. Classes requested are: silver clay, beading, button rings, earrings, wireworking, Dichroic glass,

 

Fiber Arts Instructor: this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for a variety of classes. Classes requested are: Crochet, Knitting, basic weaving, sewing, quilting, applique, macrame,

 

Choir Directors: this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for two different choirs. The daytime choir is for Sr. Adults (this has the opportunity for show choir competitions), the evening choir is a Community Choir.

 

Theatre Directors: this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for a variety of classes. Classes requested are Melodrama for Seniors, Readers Theatre for Seniors, Storytelling for Seniors, Age Integrated classes, leading a Coffee Klatsch/Storytelling/Conversation Group etc.

 

Writing Instructor: this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for a variety of classes. Classes requested are: Creative Writing and Poetry for Alzheimers and Caregivers, Poetry/Prose,

 

Continued Ed Instructor:  this position is for instructing adults during the day and evening for a variety of classes. Classes requested are: Tech Talks, English as a Second Language.

Presser PAC is the largest multidisciplinary arts institution in mid Missouri, and the premier community arts center in Audrain County. Thank you for your interOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAest in volunteering at PPAC!  While we offer many different volunteer opportunities, our greatest need is for volunteer ushers. All ushers receive a reserved seat to watch the performance at which they volunteer. Training and orientation is provided as needed. To volunteer as an usher, please complete the application and return it to PPAC. We will contact you to arrange an initial meeting.
