Tickets for the Friday evening dinner $25. per person

this will be an 8 course meal
1.Hors d'oeuvres, 2.Soup, 3.Appetizer, 4.Salad,
5.Main Course, 6.Palate Cleanser, 7.Dessert, 8.Mignardise

Tuition = $350 includes camp aprons all materials and supplies.

With or without experience these young chefs will receive real life skills for nutritious meal preparations. Each camper should already have common understanding of measurement but no previous cooking experience required.

Areas covered: Nutrition, Skills testing, ingredients, visual appearance, tastes, teamwork, common courtesy, food terminology, food safety, food-service industry, time management, flavors, knife skills, common kitchen pantry, meat selection, edible decorations, food in history, budgeting, origins of cuisine, careers in culinary arts.

This camp’s primary purpose is to immerse our youth in the life skills of culinary preparation. Nutrition will be the main focus with taste and presentation being the secondary focus.

This camp is inspired by the famed tv show Master Chef Jr. Although the tv show by the similar name is a competitive show this camp will not be competitive, it will concentrate on Life Skills being built to support a healthy community. A culminating event will be on Friday evening with a formal sit down dinner for ticketed guests.

Lead by a Culinary professional homegrown girl, Molly Frazier and sponsored by regional Grocer - Moser’s Foods.
Ms. Frazier was part of the Presser family as early as 2007 participating in Dance, theatre and camps. She studied at the Ozark Technology College in Springfield Mo and the French Pastry School in Chicago and has worked for Wolfgang Puck at the Hotel Bel Aire in Beverly Hills, California, Thomas Keller’s (The French Laundry) Bouchon Bakery, and is currently working as the head pastry chef for a Northern California Grocery chain the Nugget Markets that offer chef prepared foods.
